Registration Fee Entitlements:
 
  1. Airport Transfers:
All delegates and accompanying persons will be provided arrival airport transfer to Hotel Himalaya, Hotel Summit, Hotel Greenwich and the official hotels as mentioned below on December10th and 11th only. Departure airport transfer will not be provided by the organizer and must be arranged by the delegates themselves.
 
  1. Accommodation:
All delegates and accompanying persons shall be provided accommodation as per following arrangements.
 
  1. Foreign Delegates
All foreign delegates shall be accommodated in 2 or 3 star hotels in the city centre for four nights (December 11-14, 2010) with following facilities:  Single / double room (twin beds); attached bathroom, breakfast, color TV, Phone and internet access.
 
Official hotels for conference delegates:

Note:
  1. Hotels and rooms will be allocated to the delegates based on the registration date (first come first serve basis).
  2. All other charges except 4 nights room charge is payable by the delegates themselves at the time of check-out from the hotel.
  3. Those that do not wish to stay in the listed official hotels mentioned above and those that do not wish to stay on shared basis as allocated by the organizer, must make their own arrangements. However, no part of the registration fee shall be refunded in making this choice by the delegates.
  4. Those who wish to make their own accommodation arrangement, may consult some of the hotels listed on the conference web-site and either book directly with the hotels or through House of Rajkarnicar ci@h-of-r.com the event manager for the conference.   1. Nepali Delegates
All Nepali delegates (for those who made their request in final registration forms) shall be accommodated in the centrally located hotels in Kathmandu. Details will be circulated later.
Note:
  1. All other charges except 4 nights room charge is payable by the delegates themselves at the time of check-out from the guest-house.
  2. Those that do not wish to stay in the guesthouse and those that do not wish to stay on shared basis as allocated by the organizer, must make their own arrangements. However, no part of the registration fee shall be refunded in making this choice by the delegates.

  1. Opening Dinner Reception
All delegates and accompanying persons are invited to the Opening Dinner Reception on December 12th evening.
 
  1. Conference Kits and Session Attendance
Only delegates shall receive conference kits and may attend the conference sessions. Accompanying persons will not be provided conference kits and they are not allowed to take part in any of the technical sessions.
 
  1. Conference Lunches and Tea/coffee Refreshments
Only delegates shall be entitled to conference catering.
 
  1. Hotel-Venue Transfers
Only delegates will be provided hotel-venue transportation. The hotel-venue-hotel transportation is only available from the following points:
